Reversing sensors and reversing cameras help you when parking your car or simply when reversing by giving the driver an audible and sometimes a visual indication of distance between the cars rear bumper and an object behind you. They can also be fitted on the front bumper

When you select reveres the system will give a beep and/or the LED display will light, when you reveres and are approaching an object the beeps will increase and/or the display will change to indicate your distance, once you are about 9” away from the object a solid tone will be heard and/or the display will indicate that you are close to the object behind you. Sensors can be surface mounted or flush fitted in to the bumper.
